Elevating RealSelf’s Social Brand

RealSelf set out to strengthen its social presence, so I explored their community and user stories to better understand their audience. A clear pattern emerged: people were seeking confidence and comfort in their own skin, each with personal motivations. Based on this, I introduced more human, relatable imagery, including the brand’s first use of couple photography, and developed a content approach centered on candid visuals, subtle storytelling, and authentic, real-life moments over posed setups.
